Meredith M Wahl

Meredith, who is a graduate from Texas State University, received a Bachelorís in Exercise Sports Science in 2008. She was in the first class to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy also from Texas State in 2011. Her experience and educational background is in a variety of orthopedic rehabilitation settings with emphasis on manual therapy and exercise. She also has training in pelvic floor, McKenzie techniques, aquatics, the BIG Program, and myofascial release. With her variety of training, Meredith likes to create a treatment plan unique to each patient.

Meredith also has a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation in the adolescent sports population; particularly female sports. Meredith spent most of her life involved in athletic and performance teams, as a cheerleader for 5 years and a dancer for 8 years. She was a member of the Capital Gymnastics cheerleading team, Cheer Station, Lake Travis High School Cavalettes, Texas State Strutters, and Austin Lady Wranglers. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending/watching sporting events (Hook Ďem!), dancing, traveling, getting outdoors, and exercising.
